Most online stores go quiet the moment a customer pays. No update, no tracking, no word if the payment fails. The customer worries, writes in to ask, or simply doesn't come back.

Built for WooCommerce stores

Not a chatbot, not a bulk-messaging tool

Creazine WhatsApp Suite does one job well: the right message at the right moment of an order, from your own number, with the customer's permission. If you want a shared inbox or chatbots, other tools do that. See our other Creazine products too. If you want your order journey to feel looked after, this is built for it.

What it does

From checkout to review

Every message comes from your own business number and uses Meta's approved templates.

Order updates

Customers are told the moment their order is received and processed, without anyone on your team lifting a finger.

Shipped, with tracking

A proper Shipped status. Enter the courier tracking ID once and the customer gets an email and a WhatsApp with the ID and link.

Payment retry

When a payment fails, the customer gets a link to pay for that same order. You set the minimum order value worth chasing.

Cart reminders

Up to three polite reminders for baskets worth the effort, then it stops. You choose the minimum value and the timing.

Review requests

A friendly ask a few days after delivery, when the customer is happiest with their purchase.

Cancelled and refunded

Tell customers straight away, so they don't have to write in to ask what is happening to their order or money.

Permission built in

An unticked box at checkout, no tick means no message, and customers can reply STOP at any time.

Quiet hours and cost control

Reminders only go out at hours you set, and the costlier optional messages start switched off until you turn them on.

Why it matters

Trust first, revenue follows

Small, well-timed messages change how a store feels to buy from.

Customer trust

Customers hear from you at every step, from a number they recognise, and only after they agreed to it.

Fewer support messages

Status and tracking arrive before the customer has to ask, so your team answers fewer "where is my order?" messages.

More orders completed

A failed payment gets a retry link, and a cart worth chasing gets a polite reminder, then it stops.

Results depend on your store and your customers. We don't promise numbers.

How it works

We do the heavy lifting

You don't need a developer. Here is what happens after you get in touch.

Tell us about your store

Share your store address and roughly how many orders you get a month.

We set up WhatsApp

We guide you through Meta's business account and get your message templates approved.

Install and test

We install the plugin and run a real test order with you before anything reaches a customer.

Go live

Customers start hearing from you. We keep an eye on every message and help if anyone asks.

Who it's for

WooCommerce stores that ship products and want customers to feel looked after after they pay, without hiring someone to send updates by hand.

Stores that ship physical products

Order, shipping and tracking updates in the chat customers already use.

Stores losing orders to failed payments and abandoned carts

A retry link and a considered reminder, with a minimum value so you only chase what is worth it.

Agencies looking after WooCommerce stores

Offer your clients a proper order-update service without building it yourself. Ask us about partnering.
Pricing

Simple yearly pricing

One price for the whole product. We add no markup on WhatsApp's own charges.

Questions

Straight answers

Is this the official WhatsApp API?

Yes. It runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API from your own business number, with approved message templates. We don't use unofficial tools that log into a phone by QR code.

Do I need a developer?

No. We do the setup, install the plugin and run a test order with you.

What do I need to start?

A WooCommerce store and a phone number for your WhatsApp Business account. We'll guide you through choosing the number and setting up the account with Meta.

Does it work with Shopify or other platforms?

WooCommerce only, for now.

What do the WhatsApp messages cost?

Meta charges you per delivered message at its published rates, and we add no markup. Order updates are cheap. Marketing messages such as cart reminders cost more, which is why you set a minimum basket value.

Can I switch parts off?

Yes. Each optional message can be turned on or off, and the costlier ones start switched off until you enable them.

What happens to my customers' data?

We use only what is needed to send and log these messages: the customer's name and phone number, and the order number, status and total. Ask us if you want the details in writing.

Is every kind of store a fit?

WhatsApp restricts some product categories. Tell us what you sell and we'll say honestly whether it's a fit before you spend anything.
